A Little Q&A

As a Construction Defect Litigator, my biggest focus is on client responsiveness and doing everything we can to get the property fixed without having to specially assess the membership.

I grew up doing construction and have a great deal of hands on experience in a number of the construction trades. I also was in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps for almost ten years following law school, so I have a great deal of experience in court rooms taking cases to trial. My background in construction and my trial experience have really helped me be the best advocate I can be for my clients.

My background in construction is what made me pursue this line of work.

The camaraderie in our offices and amongst my fellow co-workers. I think we have the best team of lawyers and case analysts in our industry at Berding | Weil and I'm very thankful to have them on our team.

I have three very active kids so I spend a lot of time either coaching or watching youth sporting events and practices. Once this phase of my life slows down or ends, my wife and I are going to need to find some hobbies.
