Annaliese Martis is part of Berding|Weil's General Counsel Legal Teams and concentrates her practice on community association law and general business law.
Before starting law school, she gained valuable experience as a paralegal specializing in securities litigation law. During her studies, she developed a strong background in technology, beginning with an internship at an open-source data AI company. From her second year of law school until graduation, she worked at Honeywell Aerospace. After graduating, she joined a startup focused on generative AI solutions for in-house counsels.
Annaliese received her J.D. from Arizona State University. She holds a B.S. in Economics from University of California, Davis. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate form the University of California, Berkely.
