Jacob is part of Berding|Weil's litigation department where he represents homeowners associations and individual owners of real property, concentrating his practice on commercial and residential real estate law, contract law, construction defect, and civil litigation.
Prior to joining Berding|Weil, Jacob worked as in-house counsel, focusing primarily on commercial transactions, where he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts ranging from Master Service Agreements (Architectural, Construction, Warehouse, Supply, Purchase, Installation, and Maintenance Agreements), End User License Agreements, Software Development and License Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. While attending law school, Jacob worked at a litigation firm where he assisted clients with personal injury, family law, and civil disputes.
Jacob received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law (2021). He holds a B.A. in English from University of Arizona (2016).
