A Little Q&A

My central focus is to efficiently litigate and resolve my client's dispute.  As a litigator, we are problem solvers within the civil litigation system.  My practice is focused on efficiently litigating a real estate or HOA dispute within that system to obtain the best possible outcome for my client.

I have significant trial experience, having completed numerous jury and bench trials.  Having that experience allows me to advise a client very early on in a litigated dispute what to expect.

As an NCAA Division 1 athlete I have always been competitive.  Litigation allows me to be competitive in either winning a lawsuit or obtaining a winning settlement.

I get the most satisfaction when clients express their appreciation for the way we handled, resolved, or litigated their dispute.

I enjoy being a part of the most prominent and forward looking HOA and Real Estate firm in California.  My colleagues are all at the top of their respective fields and a true asset to the firm and my practice.

I am an unpaid Uber driver for my active teenage girls.  I also golf, go the gym and enjoy playing and watching college and professional sports.
