Elizabeth Jahn is a Senior Managing Case Analyst with Berding & Weil's litigation team with over 33 years of experience in complex construction defect litigation. Her capabilities benefit our common interest, single family and commercial real estate clients in both California and Hawaii. Elizabeth plays an integral role in all aspects of case management, works closely with counsel, experts, community managers, board members, and homeowners throughout the investigation and litigation process to ensure the best possible experience and result for our clients. She has spent the past 25 of her 33 years in the industry here at Berding & Weil, committed in helping our clients to achieve the best results possible.
Elizabeth has assisted with a broad range of construction defect cases that have resulted in over $100,000,000 in recoveries. She has managed the investigative process for defects ranging from water intrusion issues to soils issues, product failures and design deficiencies and more. She has worked with new construction, property conversions, low, mid, and high rise buildings, renovations, commercial and single family homes throughout Northern and Southern California and Hawaii.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University and her Paralegal Certificate from Santa Clara University.
