Lisa Bertorello is a Senior Managing Case Analyst with Berding & Weil's litigation team with over 20 years of experience in complex construction defect litigation. Her capabilities benefit our common interest, single family and commercial real estate clients. Lisa plays an integral role in all aspects of case management, working closely with a wide variety of construction experts, community managers, board members, and community residents throughout the investigation process to ensure the best possible experience. She has been widely recognized for her commitment in helping our clients with a smooth and easy process leading to excellent results.
Lisa has assisted with a broad range of construction defect cases that have resulted in over $90,000,000 in recoveries. She has assisted in the management of the investigative process for defects related to water intrusion issues at all building components, soils settlement, water pressure issues, product deficiencies, product incompatibility issues, and property conversion construction for low, mid, and high rise buildings throughout Northern and Southern California and Nevada.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
