Sundra Allen-Nemoto is a Case Analyst with Berding & Weil’s litigation team and has 29 years of commercial litigation experience, including over 15 years of complex construction defect litigation. Sundra plays an integral role in document management and organization, coordinating and overseeing inspections and destructive testing, and works closely with property and site managers, board members and homeowners throughout the investigation and litigation process in Hawaii. Sundra is also involved with mediation and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Berding & Weil, LLP in 2022, Sundra worked with the law firm McKeon Sheldon Mehling LLLC and her assistance with construction defect cases has resulted in over $50 million in recoveries for clients.
Sundra received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
