Berding|Weil is pleased to welcome the San Diego law firm, Silldorf Law and its Partners, Howard Silldorf and Theresa Filicia, as Partners in the Berding|Weil family effective June 1, 2018. They bring with them associates Sean Kane and Andrew Ronan, and a very capable staff.
Our new Partners have decades of experience assisting hundreds of Southern California common interest developments as construction defect litigation and general counsel. They are bringing their expertise to Berding|Weil and its second Southern California office in San Diego. Joining the experienced counsel of Silldorf Law with the great attorneys and resources of Berding|Weil, we are building the largest, most experienced community association law firm in California.
Howard and Theresa will continue to specialize in the often complex and intricate matters confronting community associations and their representatives today. Their years of experience representing community associations in construction defect and other litigation gives them a distinct perspective and understanding of association needs. Their clients range from small to large developments, luxury high rise mixed use developments, large master planned communities, attached and standalone condominiums, and commercial and industrial developments.
